About us
spielbau GmbH is a German manufacturer of high-quality play equipment, based in Brandenburg an der Havel. Since 1991, the company has been developing and producing playground solutions that combine creative design, technical expertise, certified safety and long-lasting quality.
With more than 120 employees, spielbau creates outdoor spaces for public playgrounds, schools, parks, residential areas and themed playground environments. The product range includes climbing frames, play towers, play boats, swings, slides, seesaws, sandboxes and individually designed playgrounds.
All design, engineering and manufacturing processes are carried out in-house. This allows spielbau to respond to different project requirements and create tailored solutions for a wide range of locations and concepts.
Sustainability is part of the company’s everyday responsibility. spielbau relies on durable materials such as stainless steel, HPL and certified robinia wood, efficient production processes and renewable resources. The playgrounds are designed to offer creative play value, reliable functionality and certified safety according to DIN EN 1176.
For over 30 years, spielbau has been creating places where children can climb, explore, move, imagine and come together. The company’s work is shaped by craftsmanship, experience and the belief that playgrounds are more than places to play – they are spaces for imagination, movement and community.

Our services include personal consultation, structured planning support, custom-made solutions, efficient installation concepts, supply and transparent warranty services.
Every project is developed with a clear focus on design, play value, safety and long-lasting quality. Whether it is a public playground, a schoolyard, a park, a housing project or a leisure destination, we help create play spaces that fit the location, the target group and the overall concept.
spielbau is known for high-quality premium play equipment made with durable materials, thoughtful construction and strong design standards. Our product range includes a wide variety of play and movement solutions — each product line with its own unique character and many more interesting designs.
